Pathetic Customer Service

KFC has the worst customers service after experiencing such terrible service on Saturday and reporting it to KFC I am then contacted at 19:11pm on a Sunday when I was unavailable I was then emailed and I advised what time to be called only to be called hours later at 18:36. KFC customer service has really worsened over time not only is the customer service so terrible the food is utterly terrible and its sad because KFC was such a loved meal by so many that's slowly becoming a waste of money every time purchased. KFC really needs to step up!!!
