Pathetic customer service

Kfc online qpp orders are faulty. They deduct the money from your account and then fail to deliver. Now I'm running around for a week trying to get the refund that I am due. This is absolute nonsense. They want you to forget the mo ey you paid so they can ***** it for themselves
