PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AT CORNUBIA KFC

I went to the KFC Cornubia branch on 19 August 2020. Bought a family 6 pack with the side items. The chicken was raw and slimy, the mash and gravy wasnt thick at all and tasted of tumeric. The meal itself was as if i purchased it from the side of the road. If i had given a blind man to eat it, he would never have guessed it to be KFC! So i complained to the manager, who went to the back to do his own "testing". He came back to tell me, the taste is fine, the chicken is cooked and there's absolutely nothing wrong with the food. How is that for customer service! I left, didnt even ask for a refund. Its not about the money. Its about giving people what they pay for. If you buy KFC, you expect to eat KFC.
