Pathetic customer service

I went to the drive through at kfc mayfair Sunday evening I was in the que at 19h40 the lady closed the que after I got there stood in line for 10 minutes to find out that the 2 cars before me they stopped serving the guy in the car 2 cars before me let us know that they are no longer serving. I think this is pathetic that the lady working for KFC THAT CLOSED THE LINE DIDN'T HAVE THE DECENCY TO INFORM US THAT THEY ARE CLOSED! We stopped at the first window and the lady says everyone knows lockdown is at 8 and then closes the window and walks away I am absolutely appalled at the service received from such a big well known establishment the staff are rude and unprofessional. How does 1 run a business like this?
