Pathetic customer service

kfc is pathetic..But one thing i can tell you for sure is that kfc will NEVER see me again..... Placed un order online yesterday order went thru got the sms with my order number and in the sms also reminding me to pick up my order before 7:30pm... Just to get to (kfc tambotie mall randfontein) 05:50pm to tell me in so MUCH rudeness that they are F&#*!G closed.... And ignoring me as if im not even there..... I really hope that you are going to do something about this unprofessional way they treat your customers
