Pathetic customer service

I placed order through Ubereats they gave me a Coke Zero as a substitute of the chocolate milkshake that costs R31 since it’s out of stock, I want my refund not coke zero ******, last of last week i bought a meal that comes with 2 mini loaves but i didn’t get the mini loaves i only realised when i get home i even took a picture of the meal. Somerset crossing kfc service is very pathetic they have zero respect for customers . I want my refund Ripoffs!
