Pathetic Customer service

Customer service pathetic, ordered online and accidentally ordered from the store close to my work place, I did not check the order in believing that I would collect when I return to work. On my return I was told the order was checked in same evening. I tried contacting KFC customer and marketing, sent emails and one individual contacted me and advised they will investigate and revert, it has been just about 3 months and no respond. I would like to know whio ant to know who collected ny order and how did they manage that as I am the only one who can check the order, how did the order go out. I need answers and a refund. I would prefer a senior manager contacting me, someone who has answers as I am not interested in waiting for another investigation. My number is ***
