Pathetic customer service

We had a problem with the service at KFC Eersterust in Pretoria about a month ago whereby they were out of Kiddies burgers at 18h00 the evening due to the fact that they did not receive stock.After terrible customer services at the shop I opted to get hold of Kfc Head office.After getting into contact with kfc customer care and head office and have been given the run around.I have spoken and mailed Sumaya Salie that deals with these issues and she promised that the Restaurant Senior for the area would contact me.After once again numerous mails and calls they still did not contact me.I just need answers,but clearly KFC couldn't care less about the people it serves.What does it take to pick up a phone,mail etc.I think that would be just common courtesy for a franchise as such.Never again!!! I think I will do Nandos or something different from now.Its not the first KFC I have had problems with.Silverton even worse!!
