Pathetic Customer service

I phoned the kfc call centre to find out which stores accept my kfc wicode voucher, as the previous night I had to drive to 2 stores in my neighbourhood of bluff to be told that they do not accept the voucher. Needless to say after the half an hour of driving around we decided that it was taking too long and we could not go and search for another kfc to use our voucher. All this after trying to contact the 2 stores telephonically , with no response that evening, before I drove to them. So I phoned the call centre the next day and was told that they don't know which stores accept the kfc wicode voucher. I would have to drive to each one to find out or call each one and ask them. (I'm sure they won't answer their phones as well) , so can someone from kfc, please tell me which is my closest branch that I could use my kfc wicode voucher at? Trinity Dhaver ********** 052
