pathetic customer service.

I went to buy lunch as always. I work in can walk at TFG Hi which makes me the regular customer i can say. I oderd a street wise 2 meal and asked for a side breast and a Drum stick. When i went to collect my food i asked the laidy which was giving out oders to check if its what i have orderd and she gave the food back to one of the guys that packs and give what i have orderd. Instead of telling us sorry sir we don not have breast is there any other piece u can choose so that i can understand i 'm human also i will understand. Lisa was shouting right infront of me that she will nerver turn herself into a breast cos we do not have breast. I called the front manager Alton &amp; address the situation cos thats not the way to speak to customers. He didn't seem to care of whats happening. I felt so disappointed with service i have recived this afternoon. Time was 13:28.<br> Kindly look into this matter as i would never recomend people to buy there as the customer service is realy bad.
