Pathetic customer care service.

Extremely repeated bad service from KFC Tembokwezi center in Mandalay. Just got from their drive through now, my initial order was street wise two but i was told that there was 20 mins waiting time for the meat ( which is always more than 20 mins) I then opted for a classic twister meal with large fries and a coke in a bottle. On the collection window the lady gave me a sweet chilli twister with regular fries and a coke on a cup. Pathetic service and stinking attitude from the staff.
