Pathetic call center service when ordering food

<p>A while back I contacted the Bayview KFC for a delivery order, the lady I spoke to on the line was very unprofessional and rude. I am a frequent customer and their service was pathetic. I had placed an order and before I could finish, the lady had ended the call. I had called back to finish my order and I was told my meals would come to R400 when it was actually R200. This type of service is unpleasant and I hope it gets attended to.</p>
