Pathetic attitude

Its been now a 3rd time having to face difficulty when visiting KFC newcastle, my view is that the staff has no respect & do undermine customers, Ive dealt with Lucia who is a Manager, seems they are not winning with staff attitudes. Very Pathetic !!!
