Pathetic and long waiting times

I’ve just had one of the most frustrating experiences at this KFC. I waited over an hour in the drive-through with absolutely no communication from the staff. From the moment we placed our order, no one informed us of any delays or issues. We were stuck in the queue with no way to exit, and considering the area is not the safest, it was really uncomfortable sitting there with no idea of what was happening.

This was a complete waste of time and honestly unacceptable for a store of this size. Clear communication and proper management would make a huge difference. Really disappointed.
