pathetic and *********** staff
i have never been so ****ed off by an *********** staff member tshegofatso who failed to carry out an instruction of a simple order and when i call her manager the worst *********** all she can just say is sorry like really,2 hours later waiting for lunch and i must still wait and be told sorry ,you need to get a life and start being competent have customer centricity and then they decide to deliver at their own time meat that is not even well done shame on you
