Pathetic and disgusting service - KFC DESPATCH

Kfc in Despatch should close down, their service is pathetic and disgusting. They always get orders wrong, what is sickening is that I only noticed that my order was incorrect when I got home, mind you it wasn't the first time, I phoned them and spoke to a lady who claimed that she was a manager and they promised to call me back and deliver the correct order, they took my adress or should I say THEY PRETENDED to take down my adress, until this hour I haven't received my order mind you I am aware that they are closed by now, it is now 22:35 and I know that the store is closed now already, meaning that they made a fool out of me. I am going to take this further.
