Pathetic and disgusting service

We waited ten minutes in the drive thru to place an order.. After placing the order we waiting another 15 min and counting.. I was the 3rd car from the pick up.. For ten minutes there was nothing happening... I walk to the pickup window n realise No1 is there.... I Finally get to the pickup station n ask what's the delay.. The guy tells me one customer refused to move because they were out of wings.. where is the manager to intervene in these circumstances? U rather satisfy one client and keep another 8 unhappy??? U a disgrace to the brand
