Pathetic and Disgracefull service

We placed our odrer online at 11H53 21/11/2020 I arrived at the Outlet at around 12H00 and paid the amount. We only received our order at 12H50 after I twice requested why the order is taking so long. The only feedback at the end was "I'm Sorry". In total 16 other orders placed after ours was completed, but our order was in my view completely ignored. Pathetic and disgracefull service
