Pathetic abusive service and disgusting food ‼️

In the 27th of October 2022 I visted kwanobuhle kfc. I made an online order pay in store and when I proceeded to go pay o was told that online orders queue un line as my information and previous experiences with other kfc franchises I know that online order does not queue after a verbal altercation with the rude teller I requested a manager .... the teller went to the back kitchen and started telling the other employees that I wanted special attention I waited for anger and after some minutes this tell made a show off of me in a store full of customers she call a lobby helper instead of a manager which frustrated me more as I specifically ask for a manager. Later the manager came and told me that online orders must queue. After a long argument I paid for my chicken and drove off whilst on my trip I decided to enduldge on my chicken which was overly burnt and dry smelling of burn I resent purchasing at that store. I waisted my hard earned money on bad abusive pathetic serves and disgusting food. J feel undermined misles and ****** I have the pictures of the chicken and the names of the teller and pathetic manager. I need someone to call me urgently *** or ***. Thank u
