pathetic

<p>I visited kfc.bought a family treat 6 piece.added 3 side .x3 wings. i told them that i bought wings last week .and it was stone hard and dry..the consultant said nothing and avoided me and spoke over the radio to give my order ,and she laughed.i asked her why shes laughing and she said its nothing. .when i recieve my order and got home. My wings was hard and dry. I was so furious because i told them i dont want dry hard wings.. even my chicken was dry. Somthing must be done about this.im not happy.. and i was laughed at when i raised my concern ,like iam unecessary, poor service.from belhar kfc. I would award brackenfell kfc.they the best .never had a problem ever and there wings is always juicy and big and service 100percent..</p>
