Pathetic

I ordered my food at 10:50 for my lunch at 11, the delivery estimated time changed sooo many times two hours later my order reflects as delivered and I did not get my food I called customer care, I was promised a call back my issue has not been resolved. The sad part is this was not the 1st or 2nd, this has occurred countless times and I still keep on coming back i conclude that KFC doesn't take clients serious
