Pathetic

On Sunday morning 15 March 2015 I visited KFC, Bethal, MP. There was nobody helping in the drive through and I only got service at the last window after waiting at the open window before the last for 5 minutes. On request for an a.m delux there were no chicken fillets. I ordered 3 a.m. risers, 2 with chicken patties and 1 with a hashbrown. The person taking the order correctly repeated it 3 times. When I got home with my order nothing on the packaging indicated whether it was a hashbrown/patty and I had to cut each one. There were 2 risers with hashbrown and 1 with a chicken patty so after repeating it the order was still wrong. The chicken patty was so dry and hard I can hardly believe that it was fresh. The service and product was pathetic.
