partially cooked chicken shock

I recently went to the KFC at Randburg oriental plaza near the Taxi rank. and to my shock one of my pieces was not fully cooked. I go to this KFC quite often and so I am incredibly disappointed as such things could cause salmonella. as a regular customer this does not exactly give me confidence to further purchase at this branch. the trust in the handling of my food is honestly shattered not to mention the money waisted that I will not get back for partially cooked chicken.
