Park and wait for incorrect and incomplete orders!

KFC Grahamstown is always busy, especially the drive-thru on certain days. Unfortunately, the drive-thru should be renamed a "PARK AND WAIT"! Yesterday, there were about 4 cars in front of me, which shouldnt have taken that long, but after 15 minutes of waiting, i eventually get to the window to place my order. You have to stop BEFORE the window, and someone takes your order, relays it to the person inside, then you repeat your order and get asked to wait till you are told to move on to the next window (all to look good on their time clocking machine for the drive-thru). I pay, wait and move to the next window, where i am nicely asked (as per everytime i go there) to please go and wait and the parking bay across the window where they will bring me my order once it is done because they are still busy with it. In a hurry as i need to hit the road, when my food arrives, i leave, only to get home to see that half my order was packed with something else that WAS NOT ordered and the cooldrink was left out the parcel. This is not the first time, not the last time and it is atrocious that KFC gets away with it.
