Paper thin food

We ordered online for collection, the App glitched which resulted in us being informed 20 minutes later that our order was ready.

We got there in 10 minutes and the staff was eating our food assuming we were not collecting our already paid for food.

We had to wait while the order was remade. When we got home, the chicken fillet was smaller then the bun and paper thin. Just pathetic.
