Paper in meat

I bought a meal on Saturday evening in the Orlando branch which I found piece of paper inside the meat written with ink.

Tried to contact the store and there was no answer.

Tried again to make contact with them via Facebook I was told that the matter would be escalated and I will be contacted by one of the managers

My daughter got sick the very same night stomach bug from the meat

It's been 72 hours and no and 1 has contacted me.
