PAP WITHOUT GRAVY!

If there was a 0 for this experience, SAMUEL the manager at Blouberg branch would get it!!! I am deeply disgusted with this branch. I placed an order on the 03/08/2023 (two streetwise 3's) One was with pap and gravy, the other one with chips. I placed an order and when Mr D Delivery delivered my order there was no gray only a big pile of COLD PAP! there was no sauce and spice for the chips. I called the branch and spoke to Samuel who said he was the manager, I told him about the gravy and he said "you can come through to us and I will give you a streetwise2 with pap and gravy" I told him I work in Parklands and live in Bellville, there is no way I can drive all the way from parklands to Blouberg for a streetwise 2. He told me "ask Mr. Delivery to come and I will give it to them" I told him I can't call Mr. D, who do I call and speak to and WHO is going to pay for delivery! I told him it won't work, he needs to sort it out for me. NOW...Here is my take on this whole situation. I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE FREE MEAL!!! It's called COURTESY! and ACCOUNTABILITY!!! What made my angry was 2hours later I get a call from Mr.D they at my office complex with a KFC delivery. I go outside and it is gravy delivery! Now... for me he was being sarcastic and basically telling me indirectly that I can go to hell if I want to complain about gravy and seeing that I don't want to collect a FREE MEAL, he will send me what was missing in my order. NOW YOU TELL ME!!! WHAT THE HELL MUST I DO WITH GRAVY AFTER 2HOURS. I ordered my food ate the chicken and threw away the COLD pap! Again he waisted my time stepping away from my office for flippen gravy. Had he told me when I made the call "I'm so sorry for this, I will make it right, please keep the meal and I can do a replacement for you. MEANING when I bring the new order you can just return the order that was incorrect and I will get it to you asap. This is not about free food, don't get me wrong, it is about principle. And what made me more upset was that he drops gravy at my doorstep thinking it will make things okay. If I had received a meal without chips it would be fine, BUT pap and no gravy! PLEASE... I am going to be straight and honest! I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I DON'T want a free meal, because I can pay for my own food! When I called Samuel he told me he never said he was going to give me a streetwise two, he said he will send the gravy, and that is a lie!!!!! I was not shouting at him and I was not rude, he was talking all over me. He has no customer service skills, he does not know how to speak to people, he does not know how to manage, because he could not manage a order that was wrong. He has listening and soft skills, PLEASE train him so he can understand the importance of customer service.
