Paid twice for same meal ***???

<p>I am truly disgusted with the service received from both the KFC cashier and Manager.. On the 11 August I made a perchase at KFC amounting to R310 and some change , I paid with a cash voucher (Visa card voucher) which showed me transaction approved , the cashier did something and then a slip from the computer said something along the lines of service error, when enquiring about this I was told it didn't go through(even though I checked the balance and seeing the approval) and I then paid in cash which means I paid R620 for food valuing R310 , non the less I paid and asked for the manager whom came out with a bit of attitude telling me he will check with the speed point company and get back to me (to his defence he did so) he emailed me telling me the payment did not go through and that it is between the bank and kfc and I should expect a return of the funds 10 working days later... So on the 25th (10 working days later) I email him stating the money is not returned and now I've not heard a damn thing from him or anyone bearing in mind I'm R310 out of pocket and my telephone calls and time and energy is really starting to **** me off ! Today the 31 August I try calling the regional manager and can't get hold of this Taswel guy , the office number his not available on neither on his cell not to mention the store number gets me absolutely nowhere !!! I'm utterly disgusted with this , if I was contacted at least it would have helped , homestly will never set my foot in a KFC again ... Oh and I'm R310 poorer than I was before </p>
