Paid toilets for a restaurant

It was for the first time in my life to see a reputable restaurant like KFC expecting it's clients to pay for using the toilets within the restaurant, really KFC? Where's the courtesy to your clients. That's one of the lowest act I've ever seen in this decad. Wow.

I'm referring to KFC in Polokwane Farmyard just next to Mall of the North. Wow I'm still shocked.
