Paid for more but got less

I visited the KFC in Malibongwe Drive - close to Republic Road) and and ordered twp Streewise 2's (3 pieces). When I opened the boxes at home, I noted that each box only contained two pieces. My order number is 099 and my visit was at 11.40 today (30 December 2015). This is highly unacceptable as I drove about 10 km to do the order and when I got home I did not have enough food for everyone. I think you should reprimand your personnel to ensure that they provide what is paid for. I had to drive elsewhere to order more food for my family, which incurred more expenses for me, especially the petrol costs. Please investigate the matter as this is irregular and poor service.
