paid for food but not there

Good day, I m very disgusted with KFC as a company. On Friday 8 April 2016, at 17:04:28 I bought the Streetwise feast 8 piece meal + large chips & 4 zinger wings. I paid R127.80 with my card for all the food accept for the wings I paid cash with a R20. I went home and upon my arrival at home I opened the food but the chips were missing. There's always food missing when I buy from KFC no matter which 1. This is not the first time I complain about KFC and won't be the last to complain. I always tell people to check their food before they leave but I always forget or don't have the time to go through food. KFC will need to do something about this issue, this is unacceptable really.
