PAID FOR 2 AND ONLY GOT 1

My husband and I went to Tshepiso Crossing on cnr 1st and 2nd street Tshepiso Sharpvile at 7 pm tonight the 28th February 2023. We ordered a fully loaded box meal and a nugget box meal. We were told they had no burgers at all. We changed our order to 2 streetwise meals with chips and 4 zinger wings. Paying was a nightmare. They had no change and kept making us look for change for them. We were in a hurry to go home as we were traveling with our 10 month old baby. When we got home we realized they only packed one streetwise meal and not 2. On the slip we paid for 2 but only one was packed. The staff is totally unprofessional and kept calling us their friends. The dispatch lady packed the food and checked but still packed one. We don't live close by and it is already late to go back. POOR POOR POOR SERVICE I TRULY DON'T RECOMMEND KFC AS WHOLE. THROW THE WHOLE FRANCHISE AWAY. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK
