Packing wrong item causing returns and incompetence of a manager.

Morning, i want to lay formal complaint about service in one your restaurant in Parklands Sandown, two weeks in a row they always get the orders wrong and the problem is not with the cashier but to those who pack stuff in those bags. If it's not meat it's chips at times i'll buy mash they'll give me gravy, their orders are rushed hence they make so many mistakes. This is incompetence at it's best and these mistakes happened infront of a so called manager or let me say by the manager himself as he checks orders and this costing us petrol because we have to run around like headless chickens with returns. Please make sure an action is taken because out of all KFC's i've been to this is the worst with service.
