Packed to the rafters

Good day

On the 29/03/2018, I visited your Venda Plaza branch to get a street wise 2. Upon arrival, it was packed to the rafters. I endured the long queue and finally placed my order. Having been previously disgruntled at this store, I couldn't help but notice the Manager who was also in front hauling customers to the next available cashier. I also appreciated that he was helping to pack orders, He reached out and took my receipt as well as another customer's receipt. From that point I tracked him with my eyes so he doesn't mistakenly give my order to the other customer. He placed my SW2 in the bag, as he proceeded to fold it, I asked for serviettes. That's when he said why I'm I not taking the serviettes myself, I rep**** that I didn't see them and it was not my duty to do so. He then deliberately withheld my order and shouted SW2 as though he wanted to offer it to another customer. When no one responded he finally gave me the bag and I walked out.

I opened the bag to realize there was no salt and tomato sauce for the chips & I had to eat unseasoned chips I was not happy about the service and I didn't appreciate him withholding my order.

As a team leader, he should be better equipped to perform under pressure that the rest of his crew, he for one should ensure that orders go out perfectly no matter how busy the store is.
