Packaging is a discrace

I ordered a 15piece, 2 large coleslaw, large mash and a double crunch burger. This was all put into one brown bag, and as soon as I picked it up with my left hand (as I was carrying my daughter in my right arm) it started to tear, I lowered the bag as quickly as I could to the floor, but the crunch burger already tore out and fell to the floor, completely out of the box, as I put my daughter down and started picking up the rest of the order, the container that holds the 15piece also tore apart. The staffs reaction to this was to simply give me a new bag, never mind that the food had already fallen onto the floor because of your inferior packaging or the fact that they overloaded the bag. As someone in the print industry that understands packaging design I am seriously disappointed in the quality of your packaging and the fact that your staff overload your bags to this point. Nevermind the staffs reaction to just hand over a new bag, unprofessional and complete disgrace.
