P*** poor service!

So your checkout process experienced a problem after the money goes off my bank account when I placed an order online. Money taken, no order completed! YET I HAVE TO WAIT UP TO 14 DAYS to get my own money back? Lovely! I ordered food for my daughter that isn't with me and it being a few days before payday, I used the last I could afford for obvious reasons to order something for her. And now besides the fact that I am R185 and some change short, what do I now do regarding my daughter? Well I guess that isn't your problem I suppose? Look, I might be but only one little customer in the vast millions that you have but I always believe, what goes around....
