Overworked Staff & Raw chicken ain't fingerlickin

This is a complaint towards your general management of this Branch. I went to KFC to purchase my lunch last week, around 12:45, when I arrived there were a few people in the line, and after a few minutes there was quite a long line to be served, there was one lady taking orders, during LUNCH hour? People were moaning at her, but this was not her fault, I was impressed with how well she was handling these frustrated people (and raising many two Rands for the KFC hungry children (bonus) ), she was excellent, but it left me wondering why is this one person being overworked, someone eventually did come help her. I ordered X2 Streetwise two's, X2 snack burgers, the most disturbing thing about this wholr story is that my chicken was not cooked properly, it was completely pink/red on the large pieces which came off the bone. As a place of fast food, I assume you understand how dangerous this is to your customers health?! I could not eat this food I had paid for, why are staff being overworked and WHY am I buying RAW chicken???
