Overcooked oil and burning taste chicken

I had the worst experience, with KFC Angelo's mall, i bought a 21 pierce of chicken, the chicken had a burning smell,and taste, it was cooked in over used oil. I complained om friday the 22October,and up till today, 27 October haven't heard anything from the complainants department. They keep on saying they will come back to me.up until now.
