Overcharging Customer

<p>I would just like to say how appalled I am with the way KFC is charging their customers and when questioned cant give you an answer and all they can say is “Well it’s on our system this way”</p> <p> </p> <p>According to the CPA law, a consumer should pay the price advertised, KFC apparently doesn’t abide by this law as in the last month My Friend and I have gone to KFC and have ordered the same meal and as advertised in the Drive through for R49.90 you assume this is what you will be paying but then when you get to the actual paying station you get charged R54.90, yes it may not seem like a lot of money but the point is how many customers are you guys doing this to in actual fact you have done this now a second time with in a month to me, not only are you advertising falsely which is against the law but your staff are outright rude and not helpful at all, I am honestly so disgusited in the way you guys are handling customers when you should try and keep as many customers as you can by getting better staff training and advertising the right prices not leaving the prices up so you can rip the consumer off without them even knowing it because they think they can trust you !!</p> <p> </p> <p>Honestly feels like your staff at the moment don’t care whether they loose customers or not!!!</p>
