Overall bad service and bad food.

Last night @ 17:30 i stopped at KFC Thornton Western Cape drive trough to place an order for a Streetwise 2 (leg & thigh), zinger burger and a small chips. I was told to stop at the last window, that is where you collect your food. The order came to R107.00, the lady said I must park outside and that she would bring the slip. I waited 20 minutes no food no slip. I went inside and my food was handed to me with no slip. At home, the chicken was incorrect portions, dark brown and dry. The zinger did not have zinger sauce, but some strong mustard like sauce. This was NOT my first bad experience and will NOT go back there.
