OVER FRIED HARD KFC

Today I bought KFC 9 piece bucket at KFC N1 City, Goodwood...Chicken totally over fried! 1st time buying there due to relocation. The skin was so hard and meat dried out that I had to make salad with it., the poor wings shrunk so much and very hard!! Very very disappointing. My husband said..not again...I even took pictures...this was extremely bad..and WE LOVE our KFC!
