Over charged

<p>I got family treat from KFC yesterday they delivered and used a card to make payments. The first payment went through and another went out a few hour's later. I called they delivery department to report this matter then the Attridgeville branch called only to be told I need to go to the bank for a statement. Must I leave work to print out a statement and get charged again for that statement?? I'm very disappointed and never expected this cause I support KFC to receive such treatment.. </p>
