over 2 hours waiting for an order

Afternoon, i need to bring to your attention the disgusting service i received from your Sarnia Branch in Pinetown Durban. I phoned the line to get food delivered and i was told 60 mins on friday night. I ordered over R200s with of food. After 60 mins i tried for over 20 mins to call and find out whats happening. Eventually my husband got in the car and drove there. There was another client there complaining about the same thing. They said the driver had just left. My husband then came home and was given the wrong order. After phoning three times eventually the phone was answered and happened to be answered by the manageress who offered no explanation for late delivery - no explanation for the wrong order except HE showed me. (my husband) . I placed my order at 5.15 and only fed my 2 year old and 5 year old children after 7. This is now the second time i have complained about this branch. I will never go back there again. You have lost a customer and i will make sure i tell my friends about your service. how can a phone not be answered for over an hour?
