Outstanding Service KFC Eyethu Mall Orange Farm

I went to KFC or sent people to go buy me food on several occasions and I must say since my last complaint I am really impressed with what I'm seeing, the level of service is really on point, the last time was on on Friday when I got to the till the lady was very friendly and welcoming (Ouch I forgot her name?) but it was Friday around 5:30, then this lady Rethabile was calling out orders returned my food to the preparing station saying she wasn't impressed with the potions they served me, yes she made me wait but the wait was worth-it because that showed me that she wants her customers to get value for their money , the pap portion was also satisfactory because I ate like I cooked in the house,. Mr Justice Ramagaga I am impressed because you made a promise and you kept it, I now wish you can take the same training to your colleagues in KFC Lenasia South, you are an asset to your company because you listen to your customers, make promises and keep them, I am highly grateful, the store is neat, fast and efficient service just how a fast food outlet should be, well done Mr Ramagaga and Team Eyethu Mall, you deserve a recognition for having integrity.
