OUTSTANDING SERVICE

I'm so impressed with the customer service of this company. I was short served on an order sometime ago. I only realized this fact after 2 weeks. I brought this matter to their attention and, wonder above wonder I was given a voucher to redeem at the outlet which short served me. I'm still stunned about this gesture of trusting a customer. It speaks volumes of their dedication and satisfying customers. Well done KFC, keep on leading others in what customer service is. My next order will be placed on pension day.
