Outstanding refund/3 full weeks!!!

I requested to be refunded by KFC customer care after I ordered food via the KFC app paying via eft and never got the food. They told me instead that they wouod refund me in 7-14 working days dependent on the bank I'm with. It's been 21 working days so far and no funds are in my account. DON'T SUPPORT KFC WITH THEIR PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE.
