Outstanding refund order not received

I ordered a 15 piece bucket at 1 in the afternoon on the kfc app through Sophiatown. They took my money accepted the order. Then at 3 they cancel the order with no refund. I want my money back immediately. I had to borrow money from someone to buy the food elsewhere and still no word from them. I went to the kfc they can't help me. They don't answer their phones so now I want this resolved this way. Don't use the app it may be cheaper but they are useless.
