outstanding poor service cant even mention customer service as there is none

This is the first e mail that i sent with pictures as proof of the product and the till slip

This is really a disgrace and disappointment first of all i stay in timsrand on the outline of centurion buy kfc on a regular basis .have to drive past celtice ridge kfc because of there oily and old chicken and on top of all there horrible service.and go to the wierda park branch but now, the same is happening at wierda park. I could not buy nuggets today as there are pieces of paper on the menu board saying "out of stock" so was forced to buy a other meal witch i did,got home had the chicken bit got to the colonel burger .it is not to the "standard" as it is to be. I should say well done another customer that at this stage will rather conceder other places before making a decision to support kfc We as customers pay for quality and service and the pictures on the menu are deceiving us
