Outstanding Customer Service
On the 6th of April I went to the KFC near Bara Mall to go and buy a Streetwise 1 meal for a relative of mine that has been admitted at Baragwanath hospital. Upon getting there I found the Streetwise 1 meal missing the mini loaf. After my visit I went back to the KFC branch to complain about it and I was assisted by Anastasia. She had a good approach and made sure that I was given back my mini-loaf plus gave me a complimentary meal. She apologized for what has happen. She gave me a very outstanding customer service and I would like to compliment her for that.
