Out of stock standard items

We visited River Park branch 24hr drive-through 14/3 time on receipt 23.37. Ordered Family Treat 8 piece. We requested mash/gravy in stead of coleslaw but they were 'out of stock'. Also, when checking the order we noticed there is no chilli salt in the bag, Busi scratched around to find a couple of sachets but according it was also 'out of stock'. Spoke to the manager as well and got the same reply. How does a national franchise not have stock of the standard items? Very disappointed. Mvulile (manager) en Busi (cashier).
